• Grounding and resilience-building with 4 Elements exercises
   
• Sharing positive coping skills and action plans for peer support
   
• Private trauma processing worksheets guided by a licensed clinician

• Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) will be delivered 1-1 to further eliminate traumatic stress, anxiety, and sleep concerns
   

Outcome: Rapid reduction in distress, stronger peer connections, and greater willingness to seek ongoing help
